Jennifer Odze

Jennifer is the Business Manager for Executive Leadership Partners. She brings her strength in analytics and project management to her role, which encompasses financial assessment and management, capacity planning and organizational effectiveness. She also interprets key metrics and uses that data to drive discussions around important initiatives and future steps for the firm.

Prior to joining this team, Jennifer was a mechanical engineer for Motorola for more than 10 years. She worked on the design, development and manufacturing of two-way portable and mobile radios to meet specific Military Standards for the police, fire and military markets. During her tenure at Motorola, Jennifer invented two utility patents incorporating innovative technological design advancements for portable radios. Her experience with project management, product strategy and leadership of global teams, including vendors, factories, design and test centers, enables her to skillfully forecast the growth of the firm, while managing operational efficiency, risk and stability.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. She and her husband live in Charlotte, NC with their two sons and their King Charles Cavalier. In her free time, she enjoys crafts and DIY projects as well as volunteering in local schools.
