Andrew brings over a decade of experience advancing career and workforce development initiatives, facilitating civic innovation, and supporting organizational effectiveness and change management projects.
He joined ExecLead full-time in June following a yearlong engagement with the firm that reflected his unique ability to integrate behavioral science, systems thinking, and practical consulting expertise.
At ExecLead, Andrew partners with executive teams to deliver data-informed insights that elevate leadership performance and drive organizational alignment. He has already contributed meaningfully by developing interactive tools for leadership assessment, guiding process improvement efforts, and strengthening internal collaboration.
Currently completing his PhD in Organizational Science, Andrew is also a National Certified Counselor and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the continued insight and energy he brings to our clients and our firm.
