We’re excited to welcome two talented Consulting Interns from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Organizational Science PhD program to ExecLead: Susan Lin and Elana White.
Through our long-standing partnership with the program, we host interns each year who contribute to a wide range of client engagements as well as internal strategic and continuous improvement initiatives. Each brings unique expertise and perspectives that strengthen both our team and our clients’ work.
Susan’s research centers on worker well-being and the dynamic relationship between work and hobbies. Her experience includes research and support roles with the University Ombuds at UNC Charlotte as well as technology and digital project work at UNC Chapel Hill.
Elana’s research focuses on enhancing workplace meetings and maximizing post-incident learning. She brings prior experience across talent analytics, organizational development, and applied research through roles with Spectrum, APTMetrics, MUSC National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center, and UNC Charlotte.
