We’re pleased to share that Lizzie’s role has formally expanded to Partner & Chief Operating Officer, reflecting the leadership and operational oversight she has been providing across the firm.
Over the past two years, Lizzie’s role scope has steadily expanded well beyond strategy and continuous improvement. In her expanded role as Partner & Chief Operating Officer of ExecLead, Lizzie will continue to work alongside the Managing Partner to shape the firm’s strategy and overall effectiveness. She has oversight for all aspects of firm operations, administration, and the optimization of our portfolio of products and services, playing a central role in how the firm evolves its offerings and ways of working.
