George brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, executive selection, and team effectiveness, helping organizations make better leadership decisions and strengthen organizational performance.
Prior to joining ExecLead, George led talent assessment initiatives at Trane Technologies, where he partnered with leaders to improve selection and development decisions through evidence-based assessment practices. He also served as an organizational effectiveness consultant supporting nonprofit organizations through volunteer consulting engagements.
At ExecLead, George will partner with senior leaders and teams to deliver thoughtful, data-informed insights that improve leadership effectiveness, strengthen team performance, and help organizations achieve sustained results.
George is certified in Hogan Assessments, Gallup CliftonStrengths, and Aon's ADEPT-15, and currently serves as Chair of the Special Sessions Committee for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
